Earth spins because of the way it was formed. Our solar system formed about 4.6 billion years ago when a huge cloud of gas and dust started to collapse under its own gravity. As the cloud collapsed, it started to spin. Some of the material within this cloud gathered into swirling eddies and eventually formed into planets. As the planets formed they kept this spinning motion. This is similar to what you see when skaters pull in their arms and spin faster. As material gathered in more closely to form a planet, like Earth, the material spun faster. The Earth keeps on spinning because there are no forces acting to stop it.

This question can be looked upon in different levels.
Let’s start with earth. I hope you know that every object attracts every other object in the whole universe. due to this force all objects move to another. In case of sun and earth the force of attraction is too high that it moves around the sun. If the bodies go in straight lines they collide with each other So nature made it a specific orbit. The earth or moon doesn’t go in straight line because at every point sun pulls earth towards and earth pulls moon towards it. Thus our solar system rotates around another which exerts more force on ours. As every object has this attractional forces slight movements are caused towards every other object. the amount of force depends on mass of the objects and the distance between them. that is the reason why earth doesn’t revolve around moon. Similiarly our galaxy rotate around another and like that all thing rotate so in short the world spins around.

Girlfriend Read My Text Messages, Should we break up?
I travel with work alot and i`m often staying in hotels up and down the country. Whilst in various places I sometimes use the opportunity to catch up with old friends from Uni, School and work, sometimes I mention these to my partner other times I don’t, as I feel that she doesn`t need to know everything that I`m doing.

Recently I met an old female friend who I haven`t seen for 5 -6 years, this is one of the occasions where a neglected to tell her about. We had a couple of drinks and her other half picked us both up and dropped me at my hotel, (I was abit pissed and could remember the exact way back! Lol). They then went back to his. Later that night I sent her a text saying it was great to see her and she was looking really well, (When I knew her she was a Big girl and now she is around a size 10-12).
The following morning I woke up to 8 inches of snow and as a result all my meetings for the week were cancelled; I then rearranged them for a months time. So a sent my friend a text saying I would be down her way again and asked if she would be around, to which I got a reply saying Yes and she`ll see me then.

Two weeks ago I left my mobile on the side and nipped to the shop, a came back to a hostile reception from my GF shouting and screaming "who the F*%k is this girl" I explained who she was and that we`d met up for a few drinks. I told her that nothing happened and that it never would, I have been with my GF for nearly 3 years and never has she had any reason to think I would be unfaithful, as I never would. I ave never cheated on anyone in my life and don’t intend to start now. She accused me of being sneaky about my meeting and also being deceitful as I always tell her when I`m meeting up with someone! I kept claim and gave her 3 or 4 examples were I hadn`t mentioned Id met up with other old friends (all male by the way) and not told her. As it beats sitting in a hotel on my own being bored. I can see her point and have admitted my wrong doing in not telling her, she now wants me to cancel my meetings for the week in question and the hotel; which has already been paid for by my place of work, and not to speak to my friend again.
I have told her I will cancel the meeting with my friend but cant cancel the work meeting or hotel as my work will want I damn good reason why!

She says this isn`t good enough and I should put our relationship first, saying she cant trust me anymore to be doing what i tell her I`m doing! To which I informed her she clearly didn`t trust me anyway because if she did she would have never gone through my phone.

I have ended relationships in the past due to people reading my phone and even got into arguments in the pub with friends over it, I class this invasion of privacy in the same category as reading my e-mails and opening my mail!

Am I over reacting or do i have a right to be aggrieved

soz but i didnt read all of it but if your going to hotles often for work etc then you cant blame her for being curious, yes it is an invation of your privacy but instead of being angry (shows guilt) be understanding but offended, show her how much she means to you more often, its trust issue but can be got over, it might not be personal to you but now days its hard to trust anyone in relationships, goodluck ; )

You should have told her about your friend and I think if you had there wouldn’t be a trust issue here. If it was an old male friend that I could see why you wouldnt need to tell your girlfriend everytime you see an old friend. BUT, seeing as this was a female friend I dont blame your girlfriend for being upset.

In a way its on you because from a girls point of view it does look a little sneaky. Not that you were trying to be but that is how it came off.

I would just talk to your girlfriend about how you dont like the fact she read through your phone but that you are sorry you didnt inform her about your friend to begin with. And then promise to inform her from now on about every female friend you see. That way she knows and there is not reason for her to doubt you.

Halloween: H20/ resurrection….?
From what I have read Halloween: H20 is a sequel to Halloween II (with Jamie Lee Curtis) and obviously resurrection is the sequel to H20.

My question is this: If Michael Myers kills his family, in halloween resurrection after he finally kills Laurie strode why doesn’t he go after her son John Tate (his nephew played by Josh Hartnett).

Another side, but related question: what ever happened to his great nephew from Halloween 6 with the grown up Tommy Doyle? In Halloween resurrection, why not go after his great nephew from #6 or John Tate? It really was not ever explained why.

looking for a book title… can you help me ( PLEASE READ)?
when i was young i went to Meadowview elementary school in oak creek Wisconsin. when i was in about third or fourth grade, i had checked out a children s book that talked about life and death. Now as a high school er, i look back at the book, and realize how much i enjoyed the meaning of it. but unfortunately, i cannot remember the title nor the author. it was a small book, with a black cover. the story was about a young girl who went up to her room to sleep, but started speaking to her dog about life and what happens when you pass away. the book was mostly short questions that were vividly described with pictures. some of the pictures i remember are:

a man pushing a circular object on a platform shaped like the symbol for infinity ( shaped like a sideways eight)

a picture of a man coming out of a hole, and surrounding him were angels (heaven)

a shelf of living organisms organized by groups of the same things ( plants, animals, people, etc.)

an image of a mans head being shaved by a smaller man with a lawn mower ( the image was meant that, when you die, your memory is erased, and you are left with a clean slate.)

this is all i can remember of the book. if there is anyone at all who could help me find the title or the author who wrote it, it would be greatly appreciated

The super shimmery one, and on the website it says it’s MAC Banshee, from the warm & cozy collection, but I don’t like the color when swatched.
I’m looking for a mac eyeshadow similar to that color, a nice champagne with silver shimmer, any suggestions?
